All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions.

We truly appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.

Updated Terms Policy as of April 13, 2026

Booking Policy

A deposit of $20 is required to secure your slot.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

As a small business, this helps me ensure that all booked slots are confirmed and protected.

Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is kindly required for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

This gives me enough time to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another client who may be waiting.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you're running more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be affected.

This helps me stay on schedule so every client receives the full time and attention they deserve.

No Shows / Cancellation

No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.

Last-minute changes are really hard to fill, and I appreciate your understanding on this.

Service Policy

All services are non-refundable.
I do not offer partial refunds once a service has been completed.
If you have any concerns, please let me know before you leave so I can help.

Each set takes time, care and material so refunds aren't possible — but I'll always try my best to make things right during your appointment.

Touch-Up

Complimentary touch-ups are available within 3–5 days based on availability.
This covers issues like lifting or defects (not changes in design or colour).

I want you to leave happy, so I'm always here to fix any genuine issues!

Inspiration

Please send your design inspirations before your appointment so I can prepare for your set.
While I'll always try my best, exact replication may not be possible.

Every set is handcrafted with care, which makes each one unique.

Health & Safety

I may decline service if there are signs of infection or unsafe nail conditions.

Your safety and health will always come first.

Indemnification

Consent to Services
By scheduling an appointment, I voluntarily consent to receive the selected beauty treatments and confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Personal Information & Disclosure
I agree to provide accurate and complete information, including any relevant medical history, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy. I understand that this information is necessary to ensure safe and appropriate service delivery, and I accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from incomplete or inaccurate disclosure.
Client Responsibility & Conduct
I agree to follow all instructions, advice, and safety guidelines provided before and during my appointment. I understand that failure to do so (including sudden movements or not adhering to instructions) may result in injury, and no liability will be assumed in such cases.
Acknowledgement of Risks
I understand that all beauty treatments, while performed with due care, carry inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, allergic reactions, irritation, sensitivity, or temporary discomfort. I acknowledge and accept these risks and choose to proceed with the services.
Medical Concerns
In the event of any medical issues arising, I agree to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional at my own expense and will not hold the service provider responsible.
Release of Liability
I release the service provider, its employees, and representatives from any liability for adverse reactions, injuries, or outcomes resulting from the services provided. This includes any claims, damages, or associated costs that may arise.
Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from any complications or effects related to the services received.
Public Statements & Communication
I agree not to post or share any false, misleading, or harmful statements about the service provider, its services, or its staff on any public platforms. Should any concerns arise, I will first address them directly with management to allow for proper resolution. I understand that any deliberate attempt to harm the business's reputation may result in appropriate action.
Agreement to Terms

By confirming my appointment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
